Gold-i Expands Digital Asset Offering with Crypto Finance Integration

Gold-i has integrated Crypto Finance Group, part of Deutsche Börse Group, into its multi-asset liquidity bridge, MatrixNET. The integration gives brokers, proprietary trading firms, and fund managers access to Crypto Finance’s institutional digital asset trading and liquidity services. Clients can connect to Crypto Finance via trading platforms including MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), DXtrade, and CLEO. Also, they can enable the services within their current MatrixNET configuration without separate integration or development work.

Regulated Digital Asset Liquidity

The integration supports Gold-i’s fixation on connecting clients with regulated liquidity providers and trading venues through MatrixNET. It also expands the reach of Crypto Finance’s institutional digital asset trading and liquidity services. For clients, the integration brings these capabilities into infrastructure they use. It can simplify connectivity and reduce operational complexity for firms building compliant digital asset trading environments.

What Gold-i Says

Tom Higgins, CEO of Gold-i, described Crypto Finance as an essential addition to MatrixNET’s liquidity network. He stressed that clients want access to deep, high-quality liquidity and also need counterparties and venues that meet the regulatory requirements. Higgins also pointed to Crypto Finance’s connection with Deutsche Börse Group and its regulated entities in Switzerland and Germany. In his view, this adds the institutional and regulatory credentials that Gold-i’s clients seek.

What Crypto Finance Says

Mike Schwitalla, Chief Commercial Officer at Crypto Finance, said institutional adoption of digital assets depends on trusted access, regulatory certainty and infrastructure that works with current operating models. He explained that Crypto Finance fuses regulated trading services, institutional liquidity, and digital asset market expertise. Through the Gold-i integration, these capabilities become available through widely used industry infrastructure. It gives clients a direct route to regulated digital assets.

MatrixNET’s Liquidity Network

MatrixNET serves brokers, fund managers, proprietary trading firms, and crypto institutions. Gold-i has integrated the platform with more than 80 liquidity providers and 35 leading crypto exchanges. The platform offers different routing and aggregation methods. It lets institutional clients adapt execution to different client types and trading requirements.
