Broadridge Extends Its CQG Multi-Asset Offering with Kalshi

Broadridge has integrated Kalshi prediction markets into CQG. It lets investors trade event contracts with futures, options and equities. The integration gives retail and institutional investors access to prediction markets via CQG’s trading platforms and APIs. Also, it extends access to participants on the NYFIX network through the CQG-NYFIX integration.

Kalshi Prediction Markets

Now, Kalshi event contracts are available through CQG’s front ends and APIs. CQG, a Broadridge company, provides futures and options trading, execution management and market connectivity. Also, the integration makes Kalshi trading available to participants on the NYFIX network. More than 1,700 buy-side clients who rely on NYFIX for connectivity will get access to the offering.

Investors may trade event contracts with traditional financial instruments within their current trading environment. Also, they can use CQG’s trading, risk control and portfolio monitoring tools to manage positions and assess hedging opportunities across markets.

What Executives Say

Ryan Moroney, CEO of CQG, explained that the integration responds to investors’ growing interest in turning their views on real-world events into trading plans. CQG makes prediction markets accessible with their current investments by adding Kalshi to a platform clients already use. Also, he stressed the move as a step forward in Broadridge’s multi-asset strategy, giving investors better choices and brokers a way to meet demand for prediction markets.

Andy Ross, Head of Institutional at Kalshi, stressed prediction markets’ role in investors’ trading activities. He explained that the partnership connects event contracts with traditional markets. It lets traders hedge their exposure precisely rather than relying on proxy instruments. Also, traders can monitor their positions in the same environment they use for other markets.

Current Trading Workflows

The integration lets brokers and futures commission merchants (FCMs) offer clients direct access to Kalshi event contracts and market data via an established trading platform. Rather than managing prediction markets individually, traders can incorporate event contracts into their broader portfolios. They can monitor positions with other investments and evaluate hedging opportunities in asset classes using their current infrastructure.
