StoneX expects the combination to be immediately accretive. It also expects the acquisition to rev growth by connecting Integra’s operations in Colombia with its global client base, risk-management platform, and financial resources. The expanded setup will give StoneX greater access to high-quality Arabica coffees. It will also create an integrated platform covering activities from source to end market. According to the company, these capabilities will support higher volumes, improve margins, and strengthen the ability to offer value in the global supply chain.
What Executive Says
Brent Grecian, CEO of StoneX Supply and Trading, said the acquisition gives StoneX a presence at Colombian coffee’s origin.
