Pepperstone Strengthens Middle East Team With Two Senior Appointments

Pepperstone has appointed Mohammed Almadhoun as Head of Middle East and Osama Hamdan as Head of Sales. The broker is expanding its leadership team as it’s growing in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). The appointments come after Pepperstone's expansion into the UAE with its CMA Category 5 license and Dubai office.

Mohammed Almadhoun’s Appointment

Mohammed Almadhoun will oversee Pepperstone's operations and growth strategy across the Middle East. His role includes supporting the company's expansion and improving services and innovation for clients in the region. Before joining Pepperstone, Almadhoun worked as Sales Director at Equiti Group. He also spent eight years at ADSS. There, he held several commercial and partnership leadership roles. His experience covers business development and strategic partnerships across the UAE.

Osama Hamdan’s Appointment

Osama Hamdan will lead Pepperstone's sales strategy across the region. He will stress business development, attracting new clients, and building stronger partnerships. Hamdan joins from XTB. There, he served as Director of Business Development. He also held senior commercial roles at Axi and ADSS. They give him broad experience in sales leadership and client growth across the Middle East. The appointment comes shortly after Pepperstone also hired Reed Sayer from XTB as its new Head of UK.
