Kirill Chernikov has announced his departure from Markets CRM and confirmed his return to Spotware Systems as Chief of Staff to the CEO. The executive shared the update after nearly a year leading Markets CRM as CEO.
Chernikov Steps Down from Markets CRM
In his announcement, Chernikov reflected on his time at Markets CRM. He highlighted the progress achieved during his tenure. He stated that the company built a strong team, developed core product features and services for brokers, and established the foundation for a broader ecosystem supported by strategic partnerships.
He also expressed confidence in the company’s future growth. Also, he thanked the founders and team members for their trust and collaboration throughout the journey. Chernikov encouraged industry participants attending the upcoming iFX Expo in Limassol to visit the Markets CRM booth and explore the platform directly with the team.
Return to Spotware Systems
Chernikov, after his exit from Markets CRM, confirmed that he is returning to Spotware Systems and the cTrader ecosystem. He will resume his role as Chief of Staff to the CEO, the same position he previously held in 2024.
In his statement, Chernikov described Spotware as an important part of his fintech career and thanked the company, along with CEO Ilia Iarovitcyn, for welcoming him back and placing their trust in him once again.
He also noted that cTrader remains one of the industry’s most recognised trading platforms. Also, said that he is ready to contribute to the next phase of development.
Leadership Experience Across Fintech and SaaS
Chernikov brings several years of experience across fintech, SaaS, AI/ML products, retail analytics, and operations management. Before joining Markets CRM as CEO in September 2025, he served as Group Chief Product Officer at Scale Final. In that role, he managed a portfolio of B2B SaaS products, aligned product roadmaps with business strategy, and standardised product management processes across the group.
At Spotware Systems, he previously worked as the Chief of Staff to the CEO and Senior Product Manager. Chernikov worked as Head of Product at GoodsForecast earlier in his career. There, he managed AI and machine learning products focused on demand forecasting and sales analytics.
He also held leadership positions at Magnit. There, he oversaw quality control operations and managed large-scale projects in logistics, distribution, and retail technologies.
