On March 31, 2025, Trading Technologies (TT) will undergo a leadership change as Justin Llewellyn-Jones takes over as CEO, succeeding Keith Todd. TT is a global capital markets platform services company specializing in trading technology for banks, brokerages, hedge funds, and proprietary traders.
Who is Justin Llewellyn-Jones
Llewellyn-Jones has worked in fintech and financial services for three decades in London and New York. Before joining TT, he was Chief Product Officer at Broadridge and previously led its North American Capital Markets division, covering equities, FX, and derivatives.
At ION, he was the Global Head of Derivatives. Before that, he spent over 14 years at Fidessa. There, he held roles including Global Head of Derivatives and COO Americas. He also worked at NatWest and ADP-Wilco in his early career.
Leadership Transition
Justin Llewellyn-Jones, previously TT’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), has been promoted to CEO. He joined TT in January 2024 and brings 30 years of experience in fintech and financial services.
Keith Todd, who served as CEO, will transition to Deputy Chairman of the Board. Under his leadership, TT expanded its business, acquired four companies, and launched six new lines of business.
