Who is Yanbing Li
Li has served as Chief Product Officer at Datadog. She leads the product team to scale Datadog’s portfolio for global customers and to drive business growth. Li was Senior Vice President of Engineering at Aurora. She led over 800 employees and delivered the Aurora Driver for commercial trucking and ride-hailing markets. Also, she was Vice President of Product and Engineering at Google Cloud. She oversaw Google Cloud Commerce, Cloud Operations, and service infrastructure.
She served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Storage and Availability Business Unit at VMware, building it into a $1 billion category. Li also held leadership roles at Synopsys and served as Managing Director of VMware’s China R&D Center. Li also served on the Board of Directors for AVEVA. She was on the Board of NeoPhotonics and was part of its Audit Committee. She has been a Limited Partner at Operator Collective since 2019.

Li holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Princeton University and a master’s degree in the same field from Cornell University. She completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2014.
