Trading Technologies Appoints Katie Price to Lead Global Data, Analytics and Compliance
Trading Technologies has appointed Katie Price as EVP, Global Head of Data, Analytics and Compliance. Price is based in New York and reports to Nick Garrow, EVP and Chief Strategy Officer. Price will lead TT’s Data and Analytics and Compliance lines of business in her new role. It includes TT TCA and TT Trade Surveillance.
Data, Analytics, and Compliance
TT has combined these business areas under one leadership structure as data-driven analytics, regulatory reporting, oversight, and surveillance converge in the trade life cycle. The growing AI adoption in capital markets is also increasing the need for trusted data, advanced analytics, and integrated compliance technologies. TT believes this structure will help it provide connected solutions that give clients actionable trading insights, support regulatory requirements, and help manage risk.
Peter Weiler
Peter Weiler, EVP and Managing Director of Data and Analytics, will shift to an advisor role through the end of 2026. He joined TT after its acquisition of Abel Noser Solutions. There, he served as CEO.

According to Garrow, her experience will support TT as it expands its multi-asset capabilities and develops its data, analytics, and compliance solutions for global clients.
Who is Katie Price?
Before joining Trading Technologies, Price served as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Corporates in S&P Global’s Chief Client Office. She previously led Ventures at S&P Global and IHS Markit. There, she oversaw venture capital and principal investment programs. At S&P Global, she managed 11 investments in new companies, 13 follow-on investments and two company sales, and also held board roles in several portfolio companies.
Earlier in her career, Price held senior roles at IHS Markit and Ipreo, including COO positions concentrated on Issuer Solutions, Global Insights and Corporate Solutions. She also worked in strategy and operations at Ipreo and served as an Associate at Goldman Sachs. There, she covered Hardline Retail companies in Equity Research. Her earlier career included investment banking roles at J.P. Morgan and internships at J.P. Morgan and UBS Wealth Management.
