New CMC Invest Tier Offers More Trades, No Platform Fees
CMC Invest has overhauled its pricing structure in Singapore. The new “Invest” tier is now the default option for all users. It is replacing the earlier “Gold” plan. This change brings significantly more value at zero cost.
Main Changes in the Invest (Free) Tier
- Now, customers get 45 free trades each month, up from 22. These free trades apply across markets in Singapore, the US, Canada, Hong Kong, and the UK.
- Live market data is included for US and Singapore exchanges.
- Users get 5 free trades per month for Singapore stocks. After that, the commission is 0.04% or a minimum of SGD 2.
- 10 free trades are available monthly for US stocks. Beyond that, a 0.03% fee or a minimum of USD 3 applies.
- FX conversion fees have been reduced to 0.20%.
- There are no platform, inactivity, custody, or settlement fees under this tier.
Premium Tier Updates
- The Platinum tier is priced at SGD 108 per month. It includes 90 free monthly trades and a lower FX conversion fee.
- The Diamond tier costs SGD 128 per month. It provides 120 free trades. Also, offers the lowest FX fee at 0.15%.
- Both tiers offer zero fees for platform use, inactivity, custody, and settlement.
