Trish Mosconi and Chris Perry Join Broadridge’s Board of Directors

Broadridge Financial Solutions has announced changes to its Board of Directors with the appointment of Trish Mosconi and Chris Perry. The appointments are part of the company’s ongoing board refreshment.

Board Expansion and Structure

Broadridge’s Board has expanded to 10 members with these appointments. Eight directors are independent out of these. Trish Mosconi will serve on two board committees: the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee.

Also, the company confirmed an upcoming board departure alongside these changes. Brett Keller has served as a director since 2015 and was a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees. He will resign effective April 30, 2026.

Reason for Brett Keller’s resignation

Brett Keller informed the Board that his resignation is due to a full-time missionary leadership assignment in Japan. He will undertake that with his wife, Marcie. He stated that serving on the Broadridge Board during a period of global growth and technological strengthening had been a privilege.
