Michael Berkeley is stepping down as Chair of the Aquis Stock Exchange (AQSE) Board after six years in the role. Danny Lopez MBE is a current Independent Non-Executive Director. He will succeed him effective April 1, 2026.

Lopez is the CEO of cybersecurity firm Glasswall and a member of the City of London Corporation’s Competitiveness Advisory Board.
