Laura Bayley will join Eurex Clearing AG as Chief Executive Officer on June 1, 2026. Bayley joins from SIX Group. There, she serves as Head of Clearing Services and CEO of SIX x-clear AG. Her experience includes regulatory strategy, legal leadership, and major integration projects at SIX x-clear and BME Clearing. She holds a dual degree in Law and Chinese Studies.

Laura is a Head Clearing Services and CEO of SIX x-clear AG. She has also been Head Strategy & Regulatory and Senior Regulatory Specialist & Head Market Policy. Also, she has been a Senior Regulatory Specialist & Strategic Agenda Manager and Senior Regulatory Specialist & Project Manager there. At that role, she led CSD Regulation implementation across 18 countries for SIX SIS and SIX x-clear; managed regulatory relicensing under Swiss FMIA and EU CSDR with a CHF 3 Mio budget and a 23-person team.

Bayley represents SIX on the EACH Executive Committee and the SWIFT Board of Directors. She has shaped regulatory and governance frameworks in clearing.
