Janus Henderson Joins SIX Swiss Exchange as Active ETF Issuer

Janus Henderson Investors has joined the SIX Swiss Exchange as a new actively managed ETF issuer. The listing expands investor access to high-quality fixed-income products.

Entry into SIX Swiss Exchange

Janus Henderson Investors officially joined the SIX Swiss Exchange as an issuer of actively managed Exchange Traded Funds on April 30, 2025. With this move, Janus Henderson becomes the 18th issuer of active ETFs on SIX. The total number of ETF issuers on the Swiss stock exchange now stands at 30.

New ETF Launched

The newly listed fund is named Janus Henderson Tabula EUR AAA CLO UCITS ETF (EUR) Acc. It primarily targets European AAA-rated collateralized loan obligations. The fund is also permitted to allocate up to 30% of its assets to non-European AAA CLOs, provided they meet European securitization standards. RBC Europe Limited acts as the market maker for this ETF.

This ETF expands investor access to the high-quality European AAA CLO market. The product offers exposure through a regulated exchange. That enhances liquidity and transparency. Now, the total number of ETFs available on SIX has reached 1,989.

Benefits for Traders

This update will offer these benefits:

More Access to CLOs

Investors can invest in European AAA-rated CLOs. Previously, they were mostly available to institutions.

Regulated and Liquid Exposure

The ETF trades on the SIX Swiss Exchange. It offers a transparent and liquid way to gain exposure to securitized credit.

Floating Rate Advantage

CLOs usually have floating interest rates. Thus, the ETF can help investors manage interest rate risk in rising rate environments.

Portfolio Diversification

The ETF introduces a new asset class to the Swiss exchange. It allows diversification beyond traditional bonds and equities.
