Finseta plc (LON:FIN) has named Andrew Richards as its permanent Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director. It is effective immediately.
Who is Andrew Richards
Andrew Richards served as Interim CFO since February 6, 2026. He brings 25 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industries.
Richards spent 12 years at Chesnara plc (LON:CSN), a life insurance and pensions consolidator in the UK, Netherlands, and Sweden. It included 11 years as Group Financial Controller. There, he handled financial reporting, audits, and M&A across jurisdictions.
He was CFO of Countrywide Assured plc, Chesnara’s UK subsidiary, for nine years. There, he managed all financial strategy and operations. Earlier, he worked as a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Financial Services practice. Richards is a Chartered Accountant.
